We purchases a 30 year old property and wanted to bring it up to date with insulation and carbon footprint.  The Advisor that came out was polite and extremely knowledgeable. He was thorough and detailed in his inspection of our home and didn't leave until all of our questions had been answered and solid plan of how to update our home was put down on paper. The installation creww arrived promptly on time and once again went over the entire plan and made sure we were comfortable with moving forward with the work. when they were finished with the work, the cleanup was amazing. The areas where work had been done were cleaner when the crews left than when they first arrived. I used to have a really musty smell coming from my crawlspace but since I had Foam It encapsulate it, its so much cleaner and the smell is gone. I really enjoyed the first appointment where the representative showed me why that smell was there. I would definately have Foam It come out and insulate the rest of my home in the future.

Despite me needing the work rescheduled more than one time, Foam It adjusted their workload to fit my schedule and accommodate my timing needs. The foreman went over each piece of work to be completed in detail before any work had started, and didn't give the order to start the work until I was ready to move forward. I actually enjoy watching them do the work as their methods were very interesting, and they were more than happy to answer all of my layman inquiries about the work. The cleanup was above and beyond anything I expected. Cellulose can make a quite a mess, but by the time the truck was pulling away on the day of installation, it was like they had never been there. Sadly, it is far too rare these days when a company meets the customers expectations. Foam It not only did so, but far exceeded them as well.
