The old degraded fiberglass was removed and the attic was air sealed. We then did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation. This will improve the comfort of the home as well as the energy efficiency

In this case, the best option was to spray up to the floor above the crawl space. We sprayed it with 3 inches of closed cell foam. The rooms above will now be more comfortable and energy usage will go down.

The attic was too hot and when the central air conditioning ran, it caused condensation. We sprayed 3 inches of closed cell foam to the roof deck and 2 inches to the gable ends. This will cool off the attic and solve the condensation issue.
