These customers had just purchased a home that had fiberglass insulation that was very moldy and condensation that kept accumulating in one corner. They wanted to see what could be done. They removed all of the moldy fiberglass insulation and laid down a barrier themselves. This attic was air sealed, then cellulose was blown into the attic.
This customer was having a new pole barn built and wanted to insulate the barn. We utilized 3 inches of closed cell foam to the rim joists where it was needed, as well as the walls to insulate well.
This basement/foundation wall was leaking air causing the home to be colder in the winter. Closed cell spray foam helped seal air leakage. As you can see from the photos, the crew takes great care in what they do on a job by laying down plastic sheeting so the spray foam doesn't end up where it shouldn't be.
Here is another basement done with closed cell spray foam. You can also notice how the appliances are all carefully wrapped with plastic to ensure no foam gets on the appliances. This homeowner was seeking relief from cold floors during the winter months. By utilizing closed cell spray foam in the joists as well as on the bottom of the floors, the homeowners could feel the difference in warmth quite quickly.
