Basements are naturally moist and gross. Most people don't even like doing anything down there and they leave it untouched if not only to use it for a laundry room / storage space. This basement had some previous moisture issues and once those were taken care of, we were able to properly insulate the basement walls making the entire home more comfortable and energy efficient.

This house had a couple crawlspaces underneath their home and they complained of the rooms above the crawlspaces being very cold. The best way to resolve these issues was to completely encapsulate the crawlspace. These photos are the before and after of the spray foam portion of the encapsulation process.
