Cape Cod "side attic" insulated with our SuperAttic System! The SuperAttic system protects your house against energy losses by putting a continuous & airtight layer of foam insulation beneath the attic rafters and inside the attic's gable walls.
Customer contacted us to assist with an addition they were building on to their existing home. Spray foam helped out with building codes, as well as making the home more energy efficient.
This customer was having the siding of the home redone, and wanted to add insulation beforehand. The crew carefully removed the siding taking caution not to cause damage to the existing siding so they had an area to work with. Once the siding was removed, holes were carefully drilled into the home to make room for the hoses required for the cellulose insulation. Once the work was completed, the crew placed wooden plugs into the holes drilled and sealed them. The crew then carefully replaces the siding.
For this customer we utilized our closed cell spray foam to insulate the bottom of the kitchen floors, making the home more energy efficient in doing so. 3 inches of spray foam was used, sealing and reducing the airflow that was making the floors cold in the winter.
This customer's exhaust pipe was wrapped with Rockwool insulation (made from Slag which is mineral) and then spray foamed around it so airflow is reduced making the home more comfortable.
