Insulation Services Photo Album: Cape Cod Side Attic Spray Foamed in Endicott, NY

The owner of this home in Endicott, NY contacted Foam It Insulation, the Southern Tier's home comfort experts, to address uncomfortable temperatures throughout his home. The goals of the project were to make the upstairs more comfortable year-round, improve warmth on the main floor during the winter months, and reduce overall energy usage.   As part of the solution, Foam It applied closed-cell spray foam insulation to all side attic areas and gable ends. This insulation helps create an effective air and moisture barrier, reducing drafts, minimizing heat loss in the winter, and helping keep the home cooler in the summer and as preventive measure, Foam It also painted the spray foam using a fire-proof thermal paint!
