Spray Foaming underbelly of home in Apalachin

Challenge

This homeowner reached out to our team of experts because he was experiencing extremely cold floors in the winter along with cold drafts in his double wide mobile home.

Solution

After an inspection by Home Comfort Advisor Jim, He was able to find that the underbelly of the home was lacking insulation. Foreman Mike Murphy and his crew went out to install the project. First they did a standard 1' perimeter delete with 3' of closed cell spray foam applied directly to the sub floor. They finished up by applying an additional 2' of spray foam to the remaining underbelly
