This attic was inaccessible therefore we cut a small entry so that we could insulate the attic and then we patched the hole and made it look brand new. 

New construction projects are fairly simple because everything is still exposed. Wall cavities can be spray foamed instead of dense packed with cellulose. All nooks and crannies are covered and sealed and the end result is amazing.
