Foam It Insulation Before & After Photos

Shown here is one of the side attics in a Cape Cod style home in Afton, NY.  The existing insulation was in poor shape.

We sprayed 4 inches of closed cell foam to the roof deck, which will improve the comfort of the home and help reduce energy usage.

The existing insulation was no longer effective, so it was removed.  After air sealing, 14 inches of cellulose insulation was blown in.  As a result, the home will now be more comfortable and energy efficient.

The basement of this home in Afton, NY needed insulation in the basement.

2 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed on the top 4 feet of the foundation wall.  This will help reduce drafts and make the home more comfortable.

This Bainbridge, NY homeowner was looking to make improvements to his home as he contemplated whether to sell it or rent it out. After our free Home Comfort Evaluation, he agreed to begin with the crawl space and attic space for improvements to make the home more energy efficient. 

To encapsulate the crawl space, we first laid down some drainage matting so water can still run beneath the CleanSpace. We then laid down our TerraBlock, then topped it off with our CleanSpace which is 20 mil poly which we adhere to the walls with our closed cell spray foam.
