This homeowner was seeking relief from cold floors during the winter months. By utilizing closed cell spray foam in the joists as well as on the bottom of the floors, the homeowners could feel the difference in warmth quite quickly.
This crawl space was having issues with water not draining properly. We are able to remedy this by encapsulating the crawl space, and sealing it in place with our closed cell spray foam.
This Windsor, NY home was insulated with Fiberglass batts, but the homeowners were still experiencing high energy bills, so they called us to investigate why, and it was discovered that the Fiberglass insulation was inadequate. Air was simply passing through the batts rather than being trapped so the air that they homeowners were paying to heat and cool was escaping through the attic.
We proposed to air seal the attic, this includes sealing the rim joists, and sealing top plates before we blew 10 inches of our TruSoft cellulose into the attic flat to properly insulate.
This Windsor, NY homeowner had a new garage that was being constructed and wanted to ensure that the garage could be utilized year-round for various projects, so we proposed to spray the roof deck of the garage with 4 1/4 inches of our closed cell spray foam to ensure that this garage would keep warm during the cold winter months and be comfortable during the hot summer months.
These homeowners in Windsor, NY had an inadequate sump pump system in their crawl space. We aimed to remedy that and give them a great product that would be less of a hassle for them as well.
We installed our Cleanspace, including a vapor barrier and drainage mat to the crawl space and covering it with our 6 mil poly. We then installed our SuperSump Basement Pumping System. We then used 2 inches of our Closed Cell Spray Foam to adhere the Cleanspace to the walls to ensure it will not fall down. These homeowners were incredibly pleased with the work done, as well as our crew who did the work.
