Foam It Insulation Before & After Photos

The basement of this home in Binghamton, NY was poorly insulated.

The rim joist and foundation walls were sprayed with 2 inches of closed cell foam.  The basement is now much better insulated and the home will be more comfortable as a result.

Along with air sealing, we did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation.  With the attic now well insulated those drafts should be a thing of the past.
