Foam It Insulation Before & After Photos

Shown here is the basement of a home in Binghamton, NY that was in the process of being finished.  It needed insulation.

2 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed on the walls, which will help reduce drafts and improve the comfort of the home.

The attic of this home in Binghamton, NY needed more insulation.

The was some insulation in place but it wasn't adequate.  After air sealing, we added 12 inches of cellulose insulation to the existing fiberglass.  The additional insulation will help make the home more comfortable and reduce energy usage.

First, the old insulation was removed, and the attic was air sealed.  14 inches of cellulose insulation was then blown in, which will improve the comfort of the home and increase energy efficiency.

After removing the old insulation, 2 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the rim joist.  The home will now be less drafty and more comfortable as a result.
