Foam It Insulation Before & After Photos

This brand new home needed insulation before it could be finished.

3 inches of closed cell was sprayed on the roof deck and 2 inches was sprayed on the exterior facing walls. This will make the home more comfortable overall and reduce energy usage.

As part of a project in Binghamton, NY we insulated the rim joist of this home.

2 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed on the rim joist, which will reduce drafts and make the home more comfortable overall.

This home in Binghamton, NY had some attic insulation but it was in bad shape and needed replacement.

After the old insulation was removed the attic was air sealed.  15 inches of cellulose insulation was then blown in, improving both the comfort and energy efficiency of the home.

The existing insulation was moved long enough to air seal the attic.   After it was put back, 12 addition inches of cellulose insulation was blown in over what was there.  The air sealing plus the additional insulation will make the home more comfortable and reduce energy usage.
