Foam It Insulation Before & After Photos

The owner of this two family home is Binghamton, NY was concerned about how it was in the summer and cold in the winter.

As part of a larger project, the foundation wall was sprayed with 2 inches of closed cell foam.  Along with the other aspects of the project, this helped to make the home more comfortable and more energy efficient for both the owner and his tenant.

In this case, the old fiberglass was removed from the attic.  It was then air sealed and we did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation on the attic flat.  The home is now more comfortable and energy efficient thanks to these measures.

Seen here is the basement.  The basement got 2 inches of  spray foam insulation.  Along with the attic work and other measures taken,  this home is now a lot more comfortable and energy efficient.

4 inches of closed cell spray foam was applied to the roof deck and 2 inches to the gable ends.  The home is now more comfortable and more energy efficient.

3 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the roof deck and walls of the coop.  Along with the heating to be installed, this will now be a comfortable home for the chickens.
