Foam It Insulation Before & After Photos

This situation was a unique one. We had a homeowner with horrible comfort issues in their home. They have a room that is below a deck and that room is always cold and drafty in the winter. Considering that this type of room does not usually have the outdoors above it, we would consider it to be similar to a basement in conditions there is just no conditioned space above like a normal basement. What we proposed to do because the deck was already exposed due to construction, we wanted to spray foam the deck so that the room below would be more insulated. This went very smoothly and the customer was very excited about the outcome.

This whole addition will now be beautifully insulated and even though it is quite large it will retain conditioned air much better than if it wasn't insulated at all.

New construction project that Foam It Insulation did. Our Closed Cell Spray foam insulation was sprayed to the roof in order the seal all the gaps and cracks where air can leak in and out of this home, leaving the homeowners with a confidence knowing that their home will be well insulated.
