Show & Event Promoters / Brand Ambassador

POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand Ambassador represents the company at home shows, trade shows, and other events (“events”) to generate sales leads.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

·       Set Up & Take Down Booths

o   Arranges pick-up and drop-off of booth materials.

o   Sets up and takes down booths.

o   Properly cares for booth materials.

·       Take Leads & Book Appointments

o   Takes leads and schedules sales appointments at events.

o   Timely returns sales leads to the company after each event.

o   Maintains excellent communication with the company.

o   Completes and returns expense reports on a timely basis.

·       Represent Brand

o   Enthusiastically represents the company at its events for the purpose of generating sales leads.

o   Presents him/herself in a professional manner to event organizers and those who attend the event.

·       Purpose, Mission, Values

o   Lives out the company’s purpose, mission, and values.

o   Provides remarkable customer experiences.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

·       Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.

·       Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.

·       High school diploma or GED preferred and some experience in marketing/promotions OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.

·       A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company.

·       Ability to transport event equipment in own vehicle.

·       Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally in setting up and tearing down event booth.

·       Ability to stay upright/stand for up to four hours at a time.

Candidates must be energetic, aggressive, nice, have excellent communication skills, and make a great first impression!
Previous acting or modeling experience is a plus!
These positions will qualify prospects, generate leads and set appointments at home shows and events throughout
Broome County, NY.
Flexible schedules.
No selling!
Position need the ability to set up and break down the booth at shows/events.
